Narzalina Z. Lim
Narzalina Z. Lim is a key principal who established APPI in 1992 after many years serving as Undersecretary and later Secretary of Tourism of the Philippines. Her areas of expertise are in tourism planning and development, policy formulation, and human resource development and training. She graduated with a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ludwig G. Rieder
Ludwig G. Rieder is co-founder and Chairman of APPI. He has over 30 years' experience in economic planning, development, marketing, and management of tourism and tourism infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. He holds a MSc. Tourism degree from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland). He is also an active contributor to major international agencies like the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and has edited several published studies and chapters on regional tourism planning and development.
Christian "Keesha" R. Buted
Keesha R. Buted is a research associate at APPI. She holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UP. She has experience in undertaking desktop and field survey research projects involving tourism market demand analysis, financial feasibility studies, and destination and project development planning.
