Narzalina Z. Lim
Narzalina Z. Lim

Narzalina Z. Lim is a key principal who established APPI in 1992 after many years serving as Undersecretary and later Secretary of Tourism of the Philippines. Her areas of expertise are in tourism planning and development, policy formulation, and human resource development and training. She graduated with a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

 
Ludwig G. Rieder

Ludwig G. Rieder is co-founder and Chairman of APPI. He has over 30 years' experience in economic planning, development, marketing, and management of tourism and tourism infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. He holds a MSc. Tourism degree from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland). He is also an active contributor to major international agencies like the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and has edited several published studies and chapters on regional tourism planning and development.

 
Anne-Maria Mäkelä
Anne-Maria Mäkelä

Anne-Maria Mäkelä is a senior consultant at APPI. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of tourism, with specialization in sustainable tourism marketing, product development strategies, and stakeholder inclusiveness. She has been contracted by the World Tourism Organization, United Nations Development Programme, and the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV) in Africa, Europe, and Asia. She holds a Masters Degree specialized in international marketing from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration and is a certified trainer on PM4SD by APMG as well as an Advisor to Foundation for European Sustainable Tourism.

 
H. Vincent C. Tolentino
H. Vincent C. Tolentino

H. Vincent C. Tolentino is senior consultant at APPI. A former consultant in the healthcare IT industry, Vincent brings a unique perspective on hospitality and tourism, with experience in areas such as operations, quality assurance, and development. He holds a Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) degree from Cornell University and Nanyang Technological University as well as a Master in Public Health degree from the George Washington University.

 
Keesha R. Buted
Christian "Keesha" R. Buted

Keesha R. Buted is a junior consultant of APPI. She is a licensed environmental planner and holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UP. She has experience in undertaking desktop and field survey research projects involving tourism market demand analysis, financial evaluation and feasibility studies, and destination and project development planning.
